What is going on here?

For those that have noticed, yes it looks messed up here. I made it like that. Just fiddling with the template and such. Hopefully, when I'm done, I'll like what I have done, and maybe you will to.

The things I would like to do is:

replace the background dots that they have;
make all the text contrast with the background;
add some images to the sidebar;
add some sort of special effects;
remove dead links and add some new ones;
and alphabetize the links.

Some of these will be easy, just add or remove the HTML tags and such. Others, not so. I may add others to this list. I'll update accordingly.

UPDATE: Finished with the modifying. I might change some things around later on, but overall, I'm happy with it.
