What Global Warming?
Okay, I'm looking outside of the window and there is about 9" of the white crap on hte ground, and it is still snowing. Everyone is worried about global warming. Well, if there is global warming, I would like some of it here in MI. I hate shoveling the crap outside, but I don't really have a choice.
Yeah, I know, not very long, but I just got in from shoveling the driveway and I am tired.

December 7, 1941
Yesterday, December 7th, 1941 -- a date which will live in infamy -- the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.
Text and audio of the speech here: Franklin Delano Roosevelt: Pearl Harbor Address to the Nation.
64 years ago. That's how long ago this attack was. Only 4 years ago, this generation had experienced the same thing on 9/11. Mark Noonan over at Blogs4Bush notes that in 2065 would be the 64 annaversary of the 9/11 attacks, which would make me about 79 years old then.
We must remember those who have lost their lives in Pearl Harbor and in the subsequent World War II.

Just some quick notes.
My mother is sick today, so I have to help take care of the dutys around the house. So here are a few quick notes of some recent events:
1) Howard Dean: Dr. Dean's 2 steps to get power to the RNC (1. Open mouth, 2. Insert foot.)
2) Aunt Mary: Thanks for the flag and medallion you sent me. I appreciate it.
3) Democrats have no coordinated plan about the war in Iraq (or the war on Terror on whole)
4) Saddam Hussein: Asshole.
That's all for now.
